Afton State Park is a really great park just east of Saint Paul and right on the the St. Croix River. It has some awesome camping spots, extensive hiking and biking trails, and some spectacular swimming.

Lesley and I came out here and hiked around. The mosquitoes were grueling, but the sunset was very much worth it.
